I would like a quote. How do I go about getting a quote?

Step 1 – Please click on the ‘Design your own chocolate’ page on our website.
Step 2 – Once you have selected your chocolate bar size, then select the desired quantity and foil color.

Step 3 – Click on the Customize button and wait for the calculated amount to appear on the screen.

Please note that if you would like to order more than 500 units, you can either send us a
WhatsApp message on 079 320 9444 or email us at sales@sweetalk.co.za and we will get
back to you within 24 hours with a quotation.

Chocolate wrappers:

Can I supply my own personalised artwork for the chocolate wrappers?

Yes, you can. Contact us to get an artwork template for you to populate.

Alternatively, you can utilize our user-friendly online design program on our website,
which allows the customer to design anything he or she would like. Once this has been
submitted it is sent directly to the chocolate factory for printing.

Does the price of the chocolate include the design on the wrapper?

Yes, the unit price of the chocolate includes the chocolate, and full colour branded
wrapping.

Minimum quantity
Do you have a minimum quantity for a personalised online order?
Yes, each of the 5 bar sizes has its own minimum order. For example, the large 100-gram bar
has a minimum order of 15 units and the mini square bar has a minimum order of 100 units.
When you reach the design stage of your personalised online order, you will see the
quantity per product varies per product.
For the regular shop items, there is no minimum quantity required.

Halaal and Kosher:

Are all products Halaal/Kosher, or only selected lines?
All the products on our website are halaal and kosher certified.

Delivery

What is the lead time for delivery?
After completing your online order, you can expect to receive it within 2-5 working days.
(Please note, if you chose the direct bank transfer option, please send us the proof of
payment in order to expedite the order)

What if I need it urgently?
For urgent orders, please contact us on WhatsApp directly, and we will try our very best to
accommodate your request.

What does the delivery cost?
The delivery cost is R119, excluding VAT.

Do you deliver nationwide?
It doesn’t matter where you are based in South Africa, we will make sure our amazing
chocolates get to you. The cost of delivery will still be R119 and regardless of where you are
in the country, we will make sure to get your order to you within 5 days from receiving your order
